Welcome to the Excel Sports Performance experience! Where making stronger athletes is our goal. Speed and agility is a requirement for any sport.  At Excel, we believe in training the body to be stronger, more explosive, faster, more agile, and have better balance in all 3 planes of body movement: Sagital (front to back), Frontal (side to side), and Transverse (rotational).  
 
Our unique, positive, training style obtains results through functional training methods that your athletes will have fun doing. Our training programs are built to be sport specific and designed as part of your weekly training regiment. We have several options of program design, ranging from shorter camps for your team as well as long term training for periods of up to 6 months.  If 1 on 1 training or small group training is your thing, we can provide that as well.
 
It is our goal to provide a fun, positive training environment while pushing your athletes to new levels of performance. We strive to provide the best training, at levels you find in college, to put your athletes on the right track for success. In addition, we feel that providing basic nutritional advise for young athletes will allow them to meet their full potential.
